  3D modeling  . . .
The more tangibly a concept can be presented, the more quickly and easily it can be understood. Take the example of a pyramid: It is a difficult shape to describe, but once you have seen it in concrete form, it is easily pictured in your mind's eye.

Humans learn first by knowing an object physically. Being able to touch or hold an object is the best way to understand its operation or purpose. After learning through physical interaction, humans can progress to learning through pictorial means and finally to understanding something symbolically - without contact with the actual object or even its pictorial representation. This is where 3D modeling steps in. It is the ideal solution for model makers, designers, and clients alike because it allows them to construct a model whose form can be altered at will such that the results can be immediately observed.
